Return & Refund Policy

Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing (for example, by email) within this period.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.

2. Returns

If the return is made because the product is no longer wanted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If the product shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, a depreciation or restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund, reflecting the loss in value.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

3. Missing or Broken Parts – Replacement Policy

If your product arrives with missing or broken parts, please contact us before initiating a return.

In most cases, we will send the necessary replacement parts free of charge in order to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

We kindly ask customers to consider this solution before returning the entire product.

If the issue cannot be resolved through replacement parts, the item may then be returned in accordance with Section 4.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If a defect or error is confirmed, we will first offer a free replacement, including replacement parts where applicable.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may choose between:

  • A full replacement, or

  • A full refund.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Standard delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

6. Legal Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
